Kickoff for the 2016 Border War begins with a comfortable upper 60s and partly cloudy skies. The clouds will clear for a beautiful evening of football with temperatures remaining the 60s before dipping below into the upper 50s by the fourth quarter. Winds will shift from out of the SW to out of the NW, staying around 5 MPH. Overall, a gorgeous evening for the biggest rivalry game west of the Mississippi!
