Pure Barre Fort Collins to hold free class on campus April 18

Pure Barre Fort Collins, a local ballet barre fitness studio, will hold a free class for Colorado State University students April 18 at 2 p.m.
The class will be held at the University Center for the Arts in the large dance studio, and is open to 25 participants. Students can register on Pure Barre’s website.

Participants should bring their student ID, a pair of socks and a yoga mat if they have one.
“Fitness is an important part of any healthy lifestyle, especially for students,” said Pure Barre Owner Stephanie Spalding. “By bringing Pure Barre onto the CSU campus for an exclusive, free class, it’s my intention to introduce a boutique fitness option that’s available here in Fort Collins. A fast paced and effective workout, participants can expect a fun yet challenging workout designed to target the whole body.”
