City to Hold Two Meetings on Mobile Home Park’s Future

The City of Fort Collins is holding two meetings on the future housing options for those displaced by the closure of mobile home lots. The meetings will discuss the role that the city will play in terms of finding permanent and temporary homes for the displaced citizens.

The meetings hope the meetings will try and hear from those who were displaced to find the best solution in case a similar event unfolds in the future. Both events will be held on Monday, November 19th at the Harmony Library on South Shields, and also at the Northside Aztlan Community Center. Both meetings will try to find ways to best preserve the stability of mobile homes in the future, while also discussing changes in the city’s role regarding mobile park closings and assistance for those who are relocated.
