The Colorado Cannabis Chamber of Commerce is resisting new rules of labeling edible cannabis products, according to a report on Food Safety News.
The new proposed rules are being suggested by the Marijuana Enforcement Division of Colorado’s Department of Revenue, and include forcing new labels on edible cannabis projects to show a stop sign on individual servings. Cannabis in edibles sold $50 million in June 2015, and state regulators have pressured the industry for more regulations.
