The Omega Psi Phi Fraternity hosted a seminar to discuss black love on Tuesday night. The purpose of this seminar was to have a healthy conversation between students of color at CSU and UNC about what black love is and how these students of color feel about black love at predominately white institutions.

CSU community reflects on life of late professor Jack Fenwick

Fenwick was a professor in the soil and crops department for 42 years, teaching numerous courses, developing curriculum, recruiting and building lasting relationships. At the tree dedication, attendees spoke fond memories of Dr. Fenwick. Friends, family, and alumni all resounded the same theme: Jack would go out of his way for anyone.
Former president and CEO of the NAACP, Cornell Brooks, speaks in the LSC theater on October 3rd, 2018. 18th annual Diversity Symposium highlights University subcultures

From October 1 to 5, the Lory Student Center hosted the Diversity Symposium where students could attend a myriad of presentations dealing with issues in diversity on campus. The presentations were held open to the general public and were separated into digestible time blocks allowing students to attend them in between classes.
