CSUPD searches for suspect in groping incident

A female reported being groped by a male in the Clark building this morning, according to email and text alerts sent out by Colorado State University’s Public Safety Team.

The suspect is described as a college-aged, lighter-skinned Black male, according to the email. He is around 175 pounds, 5 feet and 10 inches tall, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black beanie, black pants and black snow boots.

The incident occurred in the Clark C-wing, but the CSU Police Department is unable to release the exact location at this time, Risk and Public Safety Communications Manager Dell Rae Ciaravola wrote in an email to The Collegian. CSUPD will not be releasing any information on the reporting party. 

CSUPD asks anyone who sees someone matching the suspect description or who has further information about the incident to call them at 970-491-6425.
