The female victims involved in these incidents reported that Varela repeatedly drove past them slowly while they were walking or sunbathing, and Varela would sometimes follow the victims back to their apartments.

Varela has additionally been accused of engaging in indecent activity within his vehicle while watching women. The victims reported that Varela drove a red Hyundai Veloster.

Anyone who has any additional information regarding these incidents has been asked to contact Officer Shane Cundall at (970) 416-2526, or Crime Stoppers of Larimer County at (970) 221-6868.
