In my kitchen, Eva Bacmeister and I show you how to cook quick and healthy. You don’t always have to spend hour slaving over a hot stove to make something that’s good for you and your body. We walk you through three different recipes that are healthy and super simple to make. The first is a delicious vegan green smoothie, the second is fried kale (the base to any great meal) and the third is a single-serve blueberry crisp. You don’t have to use substitutions, but if you’re looking to feel a bit better about what you’re eating it’s worth taking the time to look at.
