College is often thought of as an exciting time with new freedoms and independence. However, over the past decade, there has been a dramatic increase in the number of college students experiencing high levels of stress and anxiety.   In a recent study done by The American Institute of Stress, 8 out of 10 college students have said they experience “high levels” of stress, while 60% of students also reported high levels of anxiety.

Colorado State University students implement a wide variety of transportation methods into their daily lives.  For the most part, CSU is proud of its bike-friendly campus, which contains several different bike lanes and routes designed to keep riders safe. Although bikes and other simpler methods of getting to and from campus and beyond are often in the spotlight or praised by the community, it is the bus system that truly deserves a piece of this positive recognition.
