ACT Humans Rights Film Festival: ‘Complicit’ reveals the human cost of electronics

"Complicit," titled after Dictionary.com's 2017 word of the year, is a documentary about the human cost of electronics. The documentary follows the fight of Yi Yeting, a group of chinese teenagers, and the non- government organizations they create and work for in the fight for their basic human rights.
During the question and answer session after their screening,Stevie Salas and Christina Fon answered audience quesitons. Several of the quesitons led them to tell stories of some of the difficulties they encountered in creating the film, from finding an appropriate direction to the challenges with getting major personalities to interview.
