Come to terms with the election results
Take your time either to celebrate or to go through the five stages of grief, but come to peace. Strive to respect the political views of others and don’t let this election drive a wedge between our relationships with our peers and our families. We are all together in this country and we should be striving to make America great as a united force. Spread love.
Get vaccinated!!
You don’t want to be stuck with the flu on top of struggling to raise those end-of-semester grades. The flu vaccine is available at Hartshorn Health Center here on campus. They are open weekdays until 5 pm and accepts walk-ins
Actress Erin Rooney and actor Eric Comeliuson run through a final rehearsal of the comedic play “Noises Off!” when it was at the Lincoln Center
CSU presents Noises Off
Noises Off is a brilliant comedy written by Michael Frayn about a play within a play, because the disasters that happen backstage are even more funny than the ones on stage. It opens November 11 and runs through November 19, playing at the University Center for the Arts. Student tickets are free online and at the box office.

What not to do in an interview
Join the financial institution, Foresters Financial, in their interview workshop. They’ll show you the ins and outs of what to do and what not to do on November 17 from 5 – 7 pm at the LSC room 382. We all have to face the interview room someday, and it’s best not to flail in panic when we do.

CSU Annual Slam Poetry Series
This slam poetry event is completely free and features the poet Elizabeth Acevedo. She is a passionate speaker and writes poems about social justice issues relating to her own personal life. Watch her poem, Hair, here. The series will take place in the LSC theatre on November 17 from 7 – 8:30 PM. Seriously, it will probably leave a strong impact because she’s an amazing writer and performer, and she stands for many great causes.

Last game at Hughes
This is it! Your last chance to tailgate with everyone gathered together under the A before cheering for our team in Hughes. Say goodbye to your favorite stadium on November 19 and support the Rams as they fight against New Mexico at 8:15 PM.

Fall Break!!
No classes from November 21 – 25 = happiness. So go enjoy Thanksgiving with your family, even when they ask you about your grades, political views, love life, and impending future. At least you have Turkey for comfort food. And if you’re a vegetarian, who cares, everyone knows the sides are the best part anyways.

Black Friday
Fam, you’ve survived the semester so far… PLUS the election… PLUS Thanksgiving. Treat yourself. You deserve it.
