The New Jersey National Guard was doing a routine aerial surveillance run when they came across an outdoor grow operation in Falls, Pennsylvania. According to Bucks County Courier Times, the unit warned the county detective but no action was taken.
A month later during another surveillance run the same grow was spotted again. Another month later investigation began. Samples of the plants were taken and tested. After they determined it was a marijuana grow, 117 plants were confiscated from the scene.
