Former Colorado State basketball standout Colton Iverson is on the Boston Celtics summer league roster again this year.

Iverson spent the last season playing professionally in Turkey after being drafted 53rd by Boston in the 2013 NBA Draft. Being brought back for the summer league means his dream of playing in the NBA is still very much alive.

In his only season at CSU, the 7-footer led the Rams to a second-place finish in the Mountain West and helped the team advance to the Round of 32 in the NCAA tournament. Iverson averaged 14.8 points and 9.8 rebounds per game during the 2012-2013 season, earning him first team All-Mountain West and the attention of NBA scouts.

In last year’s summer league, Iverson played in five games, averaging 5 points and 5.4 rebounds in 16.6 minutes per game. The South Dakota native spent the past season playing for Besiktas in Turkey, where he averaged 6.2 points and 4.3 rebounds in 14.9 minutes per game.

All summer league games are broadcast live on NBA TV and rerun throughout the week. Boston has five games scheduled from July 5 to July 11. Times, dates and opponents are listed below.
