The CSU women’s basketball team finished its regular season as the Mountain West Conference Champions for the first time since 2002, and one of the big differences from last years 11-19 team to this year’s is Ellen Nystrom. Nystrom, a freshman from Lulea, Sweeden, has been a huge boost for a team that has seven players from four different european countries. I met up with Nystrom and head coach Ryun Williams to discuss how she has adjusted to playing college ball in Colorado and the team’s overall success this season.
