Two robberies committed by two different groups of suspects were reported near campus around 2:30 a.m. Sunday morning, according to the Colorado State University Public Safety Team.
The first robbery happened near the intersection of Laurel and Remington Street at 2:24 a.m. The suspects, two Hispanic males, robbed a pedestrian of all his belongings and left driving a silver sedan southbound on College Avenue.
The second robbery was just four minutes later on College Avenue just south of Elizabeth Street. Two white male suspects, one with tattoos and a red hat and the other in a tank top with dark hair, jumped a male and female and took the male’s wallet. The suspects then got in a car and drove away.
