Every semester, right before Spring Break, there’s that period of time that is the most stressful period in a college student’s life. Basically, rational thought leaves the building and stress checks in. I get stressed all the time, as shown a few videos ago, but I have a few ways to deal with it that really seem to work- and in this video, I share these ways with you.
