Supreme Court to consider Colorado weed challenge

A new term begins Monday in the U.S. Supreme Court. This could lead to a closer look at Oklahoma’s challenge against Colorado marijuana laws.

According to an article published in The Oklahoman, Supreme Court justices will choose whether or not to hear this case over the next couple weeks.

Colorado stoners are anxiously waiting to see how this will affect their newly found weed rights. To learn more about state cases the Supreme Court may hear read the full story.
