CSU men’s golf holding open tryouts

The coaching staff of the CSU men’s golf team is currently seeking to build upon the quality of the program.

In effort to add another student athlete to the roster, the Rams announced Wednesday that they will be providing an opportunity to those interested to compete in a 36-hole tryout over the course of two days, Sept. 11-12 at Collindale Golf Course. In order to participate in the tryout, students are required to attend a mandatory meeting on Friday at 4:30 p.m. in the McGraw Athletic Center Auditorium.

Other requirements include being enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours as well as a current physical exam. Competitors should be prepared to compete at a 0 handicap. The cost of tryouts is $100.
