The warrants were issued after an investigation into the disappearance of Fort Collins resident 20-year-old Devon Smeltz. Smeltz who was reported missing on August 26. His body was later found on Sept. 3 along U.S. Highway 34 in Morgan County.

According to the Coloradoan, none of the men appear to have a criminal history in Colorado.

The case is still under investigation. More information can be found on the Fort Collins police website www.fcgov.com/news.
