According to the Coloradoan, the first Fort Collins incident was brought to police in August. The woman told police that she was prescribed morphine for abdominal pain in 2013 and felt “out of it”. Moore allegedly kissed her breasts and neck, and as she left the hospital he told her “I’ll find you, sweetie.” She received a Facebook friend request from him days later.
The second woman came forward recently after the first incident was reported in the media and gained public attention.
Moore’s nursing license has been suspended and he now faces two counts of Unlawful Sexual Contact, a class 4 felony.
