The University of Colorado, alongside CNBC, will host the third Republican Presidential Debate in October, according to a press release.
Candidates will discuss economic issues at the Coors Event Center.
“The U.S. economy, jobs and our nation’s position in the world has always been and will continue to be, for a majority of voters, at the center of their decision-making process when they cast their vote,” said Mark Hoffman, CNBC president, in an earlier press release.
The release did not state who in the crowded Republican field of candidates will be participating in the debate. The debate will be one of several that will happen throughout the year.
By the numbers, Boulder is one of the most Democratic-leaning cities in the state.
