Escape artist jumps out of plane while locked in a box

Today marks the day for Anthony Martin, an escape artist from Wisconsin, to break out of a locked box while it is plummeting to earth from a plane.

According to OutsideOnline.com, Martin will be “handcuffed and locked inside of a plywood box and then then dropped from a Short SC.7 Skyvan at 14,500 feet over Serena, Illinois, where he will have to make his way out in time to pull his chute.”

This will not be Martin’s first run at such a dangerous stunt. Twenty five years ago he pulled the same stunt and escaped from a coffin

Other escape stunts performed by Martin include an escape from locked cage below the ice of a frozen quarry in 1990.
