Dear Editor of The Rocky Mountain Collegian,
It’s encouraging to see free Colorado and American farmers allowed to grow hemp just like communist Chinese farmers (CSU hemp research could be in the works, Feb. 20, 2014). It’s time to re-introduce hemp as a component of American agriculture and even states which perpetuate cannabis (marijuana) prohibition will finally be allowed to cultivate the plant. And I’ll be able to purchase hemp food products made with hemp grown by American farmers rather than imported hemp. America wins.
