On the first newscast of the semester, CTV has the latest on the $220 million dollars to be borrowed for the on campus stadium, as well as what students think of the switch from RamCT to Canvas. Plus, Fort Collins hit record breaking temperatures this week and CTV weather anchor Elizabeth Prasse lets us know if the warm weather is going to stick around. And sports reporter Grace Reader has updates on CSU basketball.
