The Chronic Health Mentoring Program is in its pilot year at CSU and is designed to connect students who are dealing with chronic health conditions (including depression, anxiety, cancer, diabetes, IBS and many others) to resources on campus and to their peers dealing with similar conditions. The program is a collaboration between ASCSU and Resources for Disabled Students.
The registration deadline for mentees in the Chronic Health Mentoring Program is Thursday at 5 p.m. Applications can be emailed to chronichealthmentoring@gmail.com. The applications are not complicated and will not take long to complete.
