The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for eastern Larimer County at 11:03 p.m. Tuesday, in effect through 1:30 a.m. Wednesday morning.
The warning states that rain is moving east at 10 miles per hour, with up to 2 inches of rainfall in the past 30 minutes. The predicted areas that will be affected are Timnath and Fort Collins.
