First meeting of CSU’s Student Union to be held Wednesday

The Student Union at CSU will have its first meeting Wednesday March 26th at the Durrell Center in room B at 7:00 p.m.

The meeting is intended to be a meet and greet for current and potential union members, according to a press release sent to the Collegian.

The press release states that the group is a civil liberties union dedicated to improving students’ college experience.

Three topics the union hopes to address include Housing and Dining, education and discipline issues.

Pizza and beverages will be available on a first-come-first serve basis, and at 7:30 p.m. William Clem, the union’s co-founder will make a short presentation.

Any students who have questions about the union can email the organization at
