VIDEO: Fort Collins thrift shop sales soar amidst Halloween

The Once Again Thrift shop—located off of College Ave—is a small store just south of the Colorado State University campus.

The shop carries anything from furniture to clothing.

This time of year, one specific type of clothing is a top seller. According to company management, sales after August sky-rocket, profiting 160 percent of their usual income.

Starting soon after Tour de Fat, costumes are a must-have on their shelves, as people search for the perfect character to dress as for the ride, Halloween and even “Ugly Christmas Sweater” parties.
