VIDEO: CTV exposes stadium plans

The Board of Governors met with CSU President Tony Frank last week for the latest update on the possibility of an on-campus stadium. At Friday’s meeting, President Tony Frank presented a 19.5 million decrease in the stadium budget, discussed an addition of 30,000 feet of academic space and indicated a possibility of almost 300 philanthropic donors.
