Hazardous snow, wind conditions slated for Fort Collins area

Larimer County and the front range can anticipate snow and rain showers through out the night with total snow fall reaching 5 to 10 inches by Friday night in Larimer County, according to the National Weather Service.

Strong northwest winds are anticipated on the front range tomorrow with gusts of 60 MPH possible, especially near the Nebraska and Kansas borders. Areas in a line east of Cheyenne and Limon, Colo. can expect the most wind damage.

A freeze warning will be in effect through Friday night, with the chance of warmer temperatures increasing Saturday.
