Disaster Area declared in Northern Colorado.

In a press release sent out by the Fort Collins Government, the offices of President Barack Obama and Governor Hickenlooper have declared a disaster area in Northern Colorado. City Manager Darin Attenberry has also signed a local emergency proclamation. The City Managers Office has determined that proclaiming and activating an Emergency Operations Plan is in the best interest for the citizens of Fort Collins.
