Wednesday, the CSU Police Department received two separate reports of potential peeping toms outside of residence halls.
CSUPD does not know if the two incidents are related, according to a release by the Public Safety Team. One incident is alleged to have occurred on Sunday evening, and the other is alleged to have occurred Wednesday evening.

A witness reported seeing two males looking into the window of a first floor room in the southeast wing of Ingersoll Hall Sunday at 8:30 p.m. The incident was not reported until Wednesday. The witness alleged two males appeared to be taking pictures of someone inside of the dorm who was changing clothes.
The second incident, which occurred on Wednesday evening, was alleged to have occurred on the first floor of Summit Hall’s D wing. A witness reported seeing a male wearing a grey sweatshirt and orange baseball cap. CSUPD received the report at 7:20 p.m. and responded, but the suspicious person was gone when they arrived.
Window peeping is a class 1 misdemeanor offense with a penalty of six to 18 months and a $500 to $5,000 fine. Anyone with information on these incidents should contact CSUPD at 970-491-6425,
