Throughout history, several revolutions have occurred. From the American Revolution to the less famous Welsh Revolt in 1400, wars have been a major part of history.

Now it is Qdoba’s turn to make history with their Queso Revolution. Qdoba upgraded their infamous queso by adding on two new flavors: Queso Diablo and Queso Verde.

For those of you who don’t know about Qdoba’s original queso, it is a queso made with three cheeses that is arguably Qdoba’s signature menu item.

The regular cheese dip is light yellow in color with chunks of green vegetables. The original tastes like cheese sauce with a punch of flavor. It is tasty in a burrito, with chips or even just with a plain tortilla.

Queso Diablo is basically the spicy version of the original queso. It is burnt orange in color with chunks similar to the original queso. Flavor-wise, it is like regular queso with jalapenos and chipotles added. Although a tasty concoction, Queso Diablo is not for those with a sensitivity to spice.

For those of you with a taste for the less spicy, you’re in luck. The Queso Verde is made for you. This mild queso has no sting to it but instead is a refreshing breeze of lime in your mouth. This light green queso is like sitting on a beach with a cool lime drink in hand.

No matter what your flavor preferences are, Qdoba’s Queso Revolution has made a dip for you.
