Colorado man accused of illegally downloading porn sues back, claims he has never watched porn

    Georgia O'Keefe
Georgia O’Keefe (Photo credit: Martin Beek)The most appropriate thing we could find to illustrate this story without typing “porn” into google.

Jeff Fantalis, a Colorado man, was accused of illegally downloading Porn, chose not to stomach this accusation and filed a a counter suit.  According to Beta Beat, in a 53 page counter claim,  he demanded  a number of things.

‘defamation, the intentional infliction of emotional distress, abuse of process and invasion of privacy.’ He would like a million dollars in damages for each claim. Go big or go home, we suppose.”

Not only that, but he denies every claim in the Malibu Media lawsuit including that he has ever watched porn “in his entire life”. Beta says this is a legitimate claim because tracking IP addresses is not the most accurate way to track illegal downloading. Though they also express their doubt about some of his other claims saying:

    Ad

He also denies that he has ever seen a pornographic movie in his entire life, which… if you say so, buddy.”

This action might have prevented Fantalis from being known as, in the words of Beta Beats

that dude who got sued for downloading Anal Sluts Vol.XVIIX.”

However we aren’t sure being “that dude that got way to defensive when accused of downloading porn” is better.
