The Omaha Tribe has decided to put the use of medical and recreational marijuana to a vote. According to the Denver Post, tribe members will vote on the measure Tuesday.

Based on the vote, the Tribal Council will make a final decision. They are debating the use of medical cannabis, recreational cannabis and growing industrial hemp on the reservation.
