UPDATE: Mill Creek Subdivision pre-evacuation orders lifted

Update July 3, 5:27

The Pre-evacuation orderes issued for the Mill Creek Subdivision have been canceled. Containment of the three acres fire is expected by tonight at 9 p.m.

No structures have been damaged. The cause of the fire is currently unknown.

A fire near Mill Creek Subdivision has reached two acres. With structures nearby there have been 29 pre-evacuation notification sent out.

A Single Engine Air Tanker and a helicopter have been ordered according to a press release from the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office. LCSO  Emergency Services and Livermore Fire are on the scene currently.

The Rocky Mountain Collegian will follow this story as it develops.
