    Forbes ranks Fort Collins the 3rd best place in the world

    Forbes came out with the “Best places for Business and Careers” list yesterday and guess what? Fort Collins ranks third out of 200. That means that our town is better than everywhere else except for Raleigh, NC (fair enough), and Provo, UT (!?!). We’re even better than Denver, which ranked a respectable fifth place.

    According to Forbes, we’re awesome for business because of CSU, all the tech companies in town, our dope breweries and all the things that Pat Stryker does. So it’s official, people living in Fort Collins are now allowed to be arrogant because we’re great.

    Some not-so-surprising places at the bottom of the list include:

    • 179. Reno, Nev.
    • 181. Miami, Fla.
    • 191. Rockford, Ill.
    • 197. Flint, Mich.
