People are paying big bucks in the alternative water realm, and for good reason. 

“In an effort to sustain an alternative water source, the Halifax County Service Authority Board of Directors approved appropriating up to $25,000 for Banister River intake modification during its regular monthly meeting Thursday afternoon.”
