Tattoo removal more popular with rise of tattoos

Tattoo removal becoming more popular with rise in tattoo popularity.It’s no secret that the popularity of tattoos has grown over the years. But with the rise in the number of people getting tattooed comes a rise in the number of them that want tattoos removed, according to an article from ABC Radio National.

“Of course, the permanence of the tattoo is a huge part of its appeal. There have been experiments with semi-permanent inks that are easily removed in a single laser treatment, but they’ve been commercial failures,” the article reads.

Originally, tattoo removal involved scarring and skin grafts, but has become easier with the wide-spread use of lasers.
