After getting his passport at age 51, Bill Passman had the world map inked on his back. As he travels around the world he progressively fills in the design and hopes to one day have color in all the areas, according to the New York Daily News.
“So far he’s been to 60 different nations, meaning more than 50% of the land surface is covered,” Lee Moran of the Daily News writes.
