The Rams did not seem to be phased by the 12-player roster, and they played some very polished team ball. Colorado Christian played only zone against the Rams, forcing them to shoot the ball more than they might have liked. But the Rams pulled through and kept the lead the whole game.

The Rams showed that there is not one star on the team, instead everyone on the team can score. They had 24 assists and ended the game with a 43.9 field goal percentage. The ending result of the game was Rams 77 and Cougars 42.
