Forecast: Warmer than normal

Temperatures on Friday will be about fifteen degrees above normal. High clouds will keep the warmth to the love seventies. We may have a bit of a breeze during the afternoon as well, but nothing to be concerned about.

The abundance of high clouds on Friday will clear out for the first part of the weekend. Temperatures will rocket toward 80 degrees on Saturday — the current record is 77 degrees so we could likely break/tie that. I’d bet Saturday night is going to very comfortable.

Clouds return on Sunday, dropping temperatures back into the 60s (still warmer than the average). That brief system will drop a bit of snow in the mountains, but Fort Collins is expected to stay dry. Temperatures return to the 70s to kick off the school week.
