Showers, heavy rain return Wednesday

Plan on bringing a jacket and an umbrella with you Wednesday. Showers with develop right around noon, and they are expected to continue off and on throughout the day. Heavier rainfall is likely between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. as a cold front passes. It’ll be cool too, 50s for most of the day.

Rain showers should come to an end before sunset, leaving cloud cover in their wake. Temperatures in the 40s combined with a breeze will have conditions feeling very cool. Thursday morning may end up with some frost as temperatures bottom out just above freezing.

Wednesday is the last day of rain in the forecast for at least a week. Thursday and Friday will be cooler than normal, but both days will be dry. Looking to wash your car? Thursday would be the best day!

Evenings are starting to feel pretty cool, lows falling into the 30s. By the weekend, a warmer pattern will set up. Abundant sunshine and 70s should stick around Saturday and Sunday. Monday through Thursday next week look to follow suit as well.
