Have you ever wanted the stunning finished look of your favorite celeb? Or visited the local Sephora and were soon distracted by the latest limited edition eye shadow palette? Most likely, but it is even more likely that you were soon disheartened when you saw the price tag. As much as we want to look like an A-lister, our wallets do not always match up with our fantasy.
