The Perks of Spring Weather

Happy March! I know I’m not the only one happy to finally see some decent weather come to Fort Collins. I hope you’re enjoying being outside as much as I am. This great weather isn’t just a mood changer; it also sets us up for more success with the Lory Student Center Revitalization.

Phil the groundhog predicted six more weeks of winter, back on February 2nd. According to legend, if it’s cloudy when the groundhog emerges, Phil will leave his burrow, signifying that winter will end soon. If it’s sunny out, the groundhog will supposedly see his shadow and, frightened, retreat back into his burrow while winter drags out for six more weeks.

We are currently on week five, so spring break is looking like a walk in the park! Our Lory Student Center Revitalization will also become more of a breeze since the weather will be on our side.
