Front Range Community College was evacuated for part of the day Friday after a student published a Snapchat video referencing a Columbine-type incident.
The video appeared to be shot from inside a classroom on campus, and was believed to have been made prior to today. Police received a call at 11:32 a.m., arrived on scene and met with administrators at the college, and decided to evacuate the campus at 2:19 p.m.
Front Range student Sebastian Calvo, 19, was arrested and taken to the Larimer County Jail for suspicion of Interference with Staff, Faculty, or Students of Educational Institutions.
Front Range was reopened at 5:00.
