Opening of Aspen Grille in Lory Student Center

The Aspen Grille at Colorado State University officially opened its doors for the academic year Tuesday.

The grill is located on the upper level of the Lory Student Center in the University Club and is operated by students and faculty of the Hospitality Management program at CSU.

While classes are in session, the Aspen Grille is open to the public Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
