The Summit on College is battling once again with it’s neighbors over a second proposed parking garage. Plus, climate change is affecting more than just the ice caps. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration says August 2014 had the hottest global temperatures since the 19th century, and the heat is causing animals to migrate.
