The CSU Marching Band will be kicking off the event, and the address will be delivered during the University Picnic.
“All members of the University community are encouraged to wear CSU apparel,” the press release stated.
There was some talk about what Frank will be discussing in his address tomorrow.
“I’d like to hear (Frank) discuss the debate about student loans, and how in other places like Australia they don’t have increase rates like ours,” junior Amanda Ansell said.
Among topics like these, students are curious to see what else Frank will address.
“I want him to talk about the stadium,” senior Zach Grady said.
