Fort Collins has a new Mediterranean inspired restaraunt. Zoe’s Kitchen celebrated the grand opening of their first northern Colorado location on Tuesday June 14 at the newly renovated Foothills Mall.
The restaurant’s layout creates a welcoming environment. Zoe’s Kitchen is laid out in a long space accented by tall windows on both ends. Earth tones of red, orange, green and brown decorate the booths and high tables.

Zoe’s Kitchen specializes in fresh and simple Mediterranean fare that is made and served with Southern hospitality. The restaurant does not use friers or microwaves and prides themselves on making everything from scratch daily. Instead of focusing on one cuisine, such as Greek, Italian or Turkish, Zoe’s Kitchen sources inspiration from the entire Mediterranean region.
Signature dishes include chicken and steak kabobs, hummus, stuffed pita bread, braised lupin beans and a variety of salads. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free choices are all available at Zoe’s Kitchen, but meat eaters will find no shortage of grilled shrimp, chicken and steak. Prices range from $4-$12 for appetizers and main plates.
Local crafted brews and four different wine selections are also available. And if you are interested in hosting a party, celebration or business meeting, Zoe’s Kitchen caters both small and large parties and can provide sack lunches for large outings.
